Thank you for all your e-mails and efforts to spread the word about the Relics Tour. May all our efforts result in many blessings and merit for all involved!
I have received a couple of inquiries about what to tell people when you call them. First, an update. I have already sent an e-mail to 152 of the 202 organizations on our list - you'll notice the status column is updated to reflect this. Therefore, the current top priority is to contact those groups with a blank status (grouped at the top of the list) - we haven't contacted them in any way as far as I know.
In some cases we have the website of those organizations without an e-mail address. Perhaps you could figure out the e-mail address (e.g., from their website) and add it to the appropriate column - use a color other than black. You can then download the flier and e-mail them a copy using the following text:

If you could post the enclosed flyer and make announcements to your community, we would greatly appreciate it. If there is interest to volunteer during the event, please direct all inquiries to RelicsTour@Kurukulla.org or call 781.350.5939 (please leave a message).
The attending lay organizers from the Maitreya Project are trained to give blessings. However, we would be honored if any of your robed, ordained Sangha could give blessings to visitors. Please let me know soon, so that we can coordinate our schedules.
May all our collective efforts towards the success of this event create the causes and conditions for the expedited enlightenment of all sentient beings everywhere! Please let me know if you have any questions or if we can be of assistance to you and your community.

Some people will follow up with inquiries via eMail. If you're uncomfortable sending the eMail from your personal account, let me know once you've updated the spreadsheet; and I'll do it.
If you do end up calling, you can use the eMail above to follow this call script:
- Identify yourself as a Kurukulla Center volunteer to invite them to our upcoming Relics Tour event. If they have questions about what the Relics Tour event is, give them a brief description and refer them to the website for additional information.
- Give the event dates, times, location, and mention that the event is free to all.
- Mention that if any of their community members would like to volunteer, they should eMail RelicsTour@Kurukulla.org or call 781.350.5939 (please leave a message).
- Ask if they have any robed, ordained Sangha available who may be able to give blessings during the event. If so, take down contact information so that I can follow up with a call to sort out details and schedules.
- Finish your call with a friendly Dharma message and ask if there is any way in which we can be of assistance. Re-state the RelicsTour@Kurukulla.org eMail for inquiries.
